Schaefer Halyard Shackles

All Schaefer Stamped Halyard Shackles feature a captive design to prevent accidental pin loss. Smaller versions are spring loaded to provide a firm fit to keyway and indents to insure positive engagement.

Double threaded shackle pin design allows removal of the headboard with only one unthreading, yet prevents the pin from being accidentally withdrawn. Unique pin recess hold is cast into one of the jaws, allowing full headboard clearance when the pin is unthreaded. A second unthreading allows you to remove the pin entirely.
